hi all,

i'm attaching a working draft of the ideal process for Change of Registrant for 
your review.  sorry it's so close to our call tomorrow, but our sub group just 
met this afternoon.  this is extreme draft, many "for discussion only" 
disclaimers surround it.  the two drafts are the same, i'm attaching a Word 
version for those who prefer that format.
