Dear All,

As a reminder, today, Friday COB, is the deadline for substantive comments on 
the Initial Report. You'll find the latest version, which includes the edits 
submitted by Bob to the mailing list yesterday, posted on the wiki 
(https://community.icann.org/display/gnsoirtppdpwg/For+review). You'll also 
find posted there the proposed announcement for the public comment forum which 
is also scheduled to open coming Monday 4 June.

Dear All,

Please find attached and posted on the wiki 
(https://community.icann.org/display/gnsoirtppdpwg/For+review) the 'final' 
version of the Initial Report for your review. I've accepted all the changes in 
the previous version so it is easier to see the changes made. These include:

 *   Updated the executive summary
 *   Added a paragraph on the review of reason for denial 8 and 9 following the 
discussions by the sub-team on this topic and the WG deliberations on a 
possible 60-day lock
 *   Added attendance information
 *   Inserted the language and proposed recommendations for Charter Questions 
A, B and C. Please note that for Charter Question B, I've included the language 
as suggested by Bob yesterday, noting that Mikey and Bob are still discussing 
possible additional changes.

With regard to the timeline for review, the good news is that I learned 
yesterday that the deadline for publication for the Prague meeting is actually 
Monday 4 June, so that gives the WG a couple of extra days. In light of that, 
in consultation with Avri and James, we would like to propose the following 
timeline for publication:

 *   Friday 1 June COB (wherever you are) – Deadline for any substantive 
comments / edits, to be shared with the mailing list
 *   Sunday 3 June COB(wherever you are) – Deadline for any minor edits / 
corrections, to be shared with the mailing list
 *   Monday 4 June – Publication of Initial Report and opening of public 
comment forum. Taking into account the 30 days + 21 days, the forum would close 
on 25 July.

 We hope this works for everyone. Please share any comments / suggestions 
and/or edits you may have with the mailing list as soon as possible.
