i’m getting the feeling that we’ve arrived at a name that we all dislike about 
equally — so i’m going to exercise my prerogative as your former co-chair and 
soon-to-be Council Liaison.  here’s the name

        Data and metrics for policy making

for those of you who hate it — you can punish me during the working group.  :-)
