Hi everyone, and sorry for not been able before to contribute, I had a quite 
intense end of year and lots of work and later on mayor health issues that kept 
me away.

That's the downside of been also on politics and had to attend my duties at the 
local city council.
As I mentioned before I live in the small city of Nokia in central Finland, yes 
the company took its name from the city due here was founded. Not the other way 
around...  :D

But like a phoenix here I am .
Well after thinking a while I agree with  Pam "Data and metrics for policy 
making" sounds good  still ..

Perhaps I add one more to the loop  :D

Although is almost the same as some mentioned collecting could be a keyword not 
to miss.

Giving that now we have many candidates :

·         "Data Collection and Reporting to Inform Policy Making"

More Ideas ?  shall we poll?

Now Toni mentioned the word "Development" which is now aside.
So just to mention due the word development makes huge difference while one is 
concerned on pave the way for getting in.
The other is the end of the road.  So using that word changes perspective of 
the role. Just curiosity has this been discussed ?

I will try to go through meetings I missed and try to get on track :D
