Scott -
Yes, absolutely. I've received almost no interest from the registrars
to date - feel free to set up a time/date and I'll forward to the SG as
an invitation to attend.
I suspect this has a lot to do with just too much work on everyone's
plates.

Mason,
There has been minor interest from each constituency in seeing the
presentation explaining the coming changes to gnso.icann.org. Okay with
you if we ask the Secretariat to select a time for Ken and I to repeat
the presentation, all constituencies welcome?
Seoul will be so busy for everyone, I'd love to give GNSO folks a
preview before they get buried in every other issue. I'd suggest looking
to schedule the presentation within the next two weeks.
Thoughts?

All, I just had the request from Chuck Gomes on behalf of the Operations
Steering Committee to potentially forward the website business
requirements to the OSC in advance of finalizing recommendations on the
others initiatives, if those others will be delayed.
Mason, can you give us a recap of what you believe to be the status for
each of the 4 tasks? Below is my understanding...
1) website -- biz requirements written (which completes the task), and
website actually being built (which goes above and beyond)
2) document management -- believe this to be part of the website
initiative, in terms of archiving, accessing from the library, etc --
believe this to be done in the future, but does this satisfy our task to
say that it is tbd?
3) soliciting meaningful feedback -- Zbynek wrote proposal, which should
probably be edited and enhanced by the team
4) coordination with other ICANN structures -- Mason writing; need to
see ASAP to see direction this is going
I want to be sure we are on task if we are going to complete this by
Seoul with only one more meeting by the group...

OK by me not to meet, Mason. Only update from my side is that there
were excellent meetings with Scott and Ken who are pushing forward with
working through the wireframes for the website project. We should
settle on whether to give the community an advance preview of the site
for comment. 3 members of the RyC have expressed interest in seeing the
presentation, which could be at a specified time with other members of
the community.

Team -
I would like to suggest we not meet today, unless there's something
particularly pressing to discuss. I know there's quite a bit of energy
being given across the board to ICANN's new agreement (see:
http://www.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-30sep09-en.htm#announ
cement), and more practically, it's my hope and intention that by our
next meeting, we're discussing our draft recommendations, which I would
like to complete shortly.
Please advise if you prefer to meet today.
Thanks -
Mason
