Hello S.S.,

Thank you for your question about the draft charter.  I left in the
corrections and comments so that everyone could see what changes have been
made.  Once the charter is approved, which we hope will be by the end of the
day tomorrow (Monday the 13th), I think, as you suggest, it will be best to
remove the various markings denoting deletions and additions.

        I have gone through Draft Charter Text.
        The page still shows corrections and comments.
        Will not be right to work (read and vote) on a final draft document
