reports on the following:   

 

1.    The new draft GNSO Bylaws-recommended by the BGC Report at p.38; 

2.    The new GNSO Operating Principles, see BGC Report at p.36-7; 

3.    Information on the Committee on Meetings, BGC Report at p.30;

4.    The current draft of the Guidelines on Working Groups;
