[gnso-osc-csg] FW: Seoul planning

Because it seems like there could be considerable progress by the OSC WTs by
the time of the Seoul meetings, it seems to be that it would be a good idea to
schedule and OSC meeting for Sunday afternoon in Seoul. If anyone disagrees
with this, please let me know by early next week.
I suggest Sunday afternoon to allow time for the WTs to hold meetings before
then if they like. In that regard, I assume that Glen sent the below message
to the WT chairs as well, but if not please note it and let Glen and I both
know if you would like to hold an in-person meeting in Seoul complemented by
remote access facilities and please communicate possible times on Saturday or
Sunday that would work for your WT. Please remember the time difference in
Seoul so that any times you select won't be too rediculously bad for those
participating remotely.

Dear Chuck,
As chair of a drafting team/working group we would like to have timely
information on whether your group plans to hold in-person meetings in Seoul and
whether you have a preference for a day and time. As usual, the GNSO working
sessions will be held on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October and there will be
two working rooms. If you need some of this space, please book early!
If you do plan to hold a meeting, could you also please let me know, the name
of the group, the estimated number of people you would expect and any extra
meeting tools, such as an Adobe Connect room, you may need.
This information will be essential for scheduling meetings and avoiding as many
conflicts as possible.
Please respond no later than 31 August 2009.
Thank you very much.
Kind regards,
Glen
