familiarize yourself with our work to date. 

 

You may not be aware that no restructuring proposals have been agreed by
this WG as yet. 

 

These proposals cannot therefore have failed.  

 

We as a WG are genuinely devoting our efforts to reaching agreement and
I myself believe we will do so. 

 

If you lack faith in the restructuring process or have already
determined it will fail ---perhaps you could explain these concerns so
we can try to address them for you.

Dear Victoria,

I wanted to refer to September 25 meeting-MP3 transcript while preparing
Minority Report. 

I found that there are several missing words, sentences.

Some statements are against my name which I had not said.

 

In a controvery, each word, phrase and sentence become important.

as such, this transcript can't be said to be a Authoritative Document.

I suggest that:

1. Please arrange for an authoritative transcript. There may be some
such facilities /precedents.

2. Until then, OR,

please inform all concerned that this Transcript should not be quoted in
communications. 

And,

A note should be inserted at the top of the transcrip that:

"For any Authoritative reference, please refer to MP3 recordings."
