Thank you Olga and Julia,

Expunging is not as important.   What I am most concerned about is an 
interpretation sent by one of the group stating that I am barred from 
discussing substantive issues.  When I was welcomed into the group I understood 
that it would be to participate fully and to be able provide input of my 
thoughts as a member of the BC as well as an individual.   I cannot 
meaningfully contribute if my participation is limited as has been expressed on 
what are important issues impacting the BC and myself as a member thereof.  If 
I cannot contribute as such, I would like the record to reflect that this 
limited participation does not prejudice any rights to future actions, comments 
or concerns by the BC or myself.
