As a reminder, our bi-weekly teleconference is scheduled for tomorrow,

Below is a brief agenda:

 

1.      Kite Proposal - brief discussion of send or not send to
constituencies for membership feedback at this time; seeking a consensus
position
2.      Council Rules of Procedure: Sections 3.5 and 3.6 (Quorum and Votes,
respectively).  General Discussion & Identify Action Items
3.      Progress of SOI/DOI, particularly Ron and Wolf's recent edits; also
fundamentally how this fits into the Rules of Procedure work
4.      Sydney face to face meeting: Agenda, scheduling, request for OSC
participation and input
5.      AOB
