        The BC is fine with the proposed post Dec 9 version of the
Charter.
         
        As it is a minor edit of text that Council has ALREADY adopted I
suggest it could be sent to Council for information and if no objection
within 5 working days de facto adopted.
        No need to bore another Council meeting with this.
