you raise a good point about one or more SOIs.
>From a practical point of view one SOI makes sense.
It must be up to the author to ensure the SOI content is comprehensive of all
groups in which they participate.

ICANN staff will have to ensure a means of SOI referencing which accommodates
this.
That does not seem to be too problematic a task but a task nevertheless.

Any comment from staff most welcome !!
