hi all,
i strongly agree with Chuck and Eric on this. to state it in the negative -- i
would find it very difficult to support a charter that included restructuring
ICANN and the GNSO in its scope. partly because having a GNSO WG propose a new
structure for the GNSO is circular or recursive or something equally lacking in
credibility. partly because i think such a charter would be impossible to get
through the Council, as it falls far outside the remit they gave us. and
partly because others are already chartered (and better situated) to do that
work.
