Hi Everyone

Just a reminder about the timelines we set ourselves - a charter by Durban!

That means we have agree on all the elements that are in the template in the 
next three meetings!  (I realise we may not make it, but let's at least try)

So first cab off the rank - we should be signing off on the Mission and Scope 
in this upcoming meeting (Marika's email of 21 June has the text we should work 
from). That text pretty much captures what comments have been, so hopefully, we 
can move on that.

Hopefully, we can then make some headway on the Objectives and Goals as well, 
so please read through what Marika has drafted and be prepared to work towards 
resolving text for the Objectives.
