Dear All,

Please note that the PI Chairs have decided to cancel the full WG meeting of
5 February to allow for additional progress to be made by the definitions
and principle sub-teams prior to full WG review. As a result, the next full
Working Group meeting will take place on 19 February at 20.00 UTC.

For the members of the definitions sub-team, please note that the next
meeting is scheduled for 5 February at 20.00 UTC ­ a separate notice will
follow (taking the time slot of the full WG meeting which has now been
cancelled).
