Hi Marika,
Thanks for the updated chart.  I checked the original comment filed as to Item 
14.  Principle B.4.  In fact, the bullet point as filed by RySG actually says 
“we know who is impacted” so this should be revised.

The point seems to be that we should not assume we know who is impacted but 
that some determination of this should be made through “communication”.
