[gnso-policyimpl-wg] RE: Updated Public Comment Review Tool
Thanks Mary. Regarding 4.15, I think I personally prefer 'may be identified' over 'may become apparent' but I think either one would be fine. If Anne and Greg have a preference, I think we should accept their preference considering that they represent the IPC. The one addition that was made after the call was with respect to the IPC comment in #4.15, which now reflects two possible reworded versions to clarify our original wording dealing with a WG's recommending that additional policy issues be addressed during implementation - as Anne had agreed to suggest language for this and has done so, I have now added her suggestion to Greg's in the "Recommended Action" column. Action items from today (which are reflected as comments in the text): * Avri to work with Cheryl, Alan and staff to develop a new recommendation (which can be a potential new Principle) to deal with the ALAC comments on public interest and other issues that emerge in implementation * Staff to confirm that the three new processes do not conflict with the new public comment periods * Staff to add clarifying language to the Final Report distinguishing the applicability and scope of the different processes in the main body of the report (e.g. which one applies only to Consensus and which to both Consensus and non-Consensus Policy) For ease of reference, this version accepts all changes through last week.
