FYI.  Note that three key implementation action items as Mary says below have 
been completed.

I would like to encourage all of us to be diligent about reminding members of 
the ICANN community that our recommendations have been approved by the Board.  
I was surprised the last two days in Marrakech to hear two different Board 
members make statements indicating that the policy vs. implementation issue was 
still unresolved and I took the opportunity in each case to set the record 
straight.  Also, someone (I do not remember who at the moment) yesterday made a 
great suggestion to me: that comments be submitted in the comment period for 
the proposed CCWG Framework recommendation that the P&I WG recommendations for 
the GNSO be added as applicable to the CCWG Framework.  I plan to encourage the 
RySG to do this in their comments.  Some of you may want to consider doing 
something similar in your groups.  In the CWG Stewardship Implementation 
session yesterday afternoon the need for this in CCWGs became very evident.
