[gnso-ppsc-wg] Updated version of charter drafting guidelines posted on wiki

Dear All,

An updated version of the Charter Drafting Guidelines has been posted on the 
wiki (https://st.icann.org/icann-ppsc/index.cgi?working_group_team) for review 
and discussion on the next WG-WT meeting, next Wednesday 9 September at 18.00 
UTC. Please note that the only difference between this version and the one 
posted on 27 August, is that it includes the comments of Jonne Soininen (JS). 
Unfortunately, we had to cancel the last call due to lack of attendance, but 
the intention is to try to finalize discussion on this document on the next 
call, so you are strongly encouraged to participate. Feel free to share your 
comments or suggestions with the mailing list in the meantime.
