Dear All,

Please find an updated version of the Operating Model Guidebook posted on the 
wiki (https://st.icann.org/icann-ppsc/index.cgi?working_group_team) for your 
review. This updated version includes the changes discussed on our last call, 
as well as the comments provided by Avri on the remainder of the document. A 
doodle will be circulated shortly to determine if there is a better day / time 
to meet in order to enhance participation, but for now the next meeting has 
been tentatively scheduled for Wednesday 7 October at 18.00 UTC.
