Below is my Statement of Interest.  I look forward to working with all
of you.
 
I am Executive Counsel, Corporate Legal, at The Walt Disney Company
("Disney"), a leading media and entertainment company with interests in
studio entertainment, parks and resorts, consumer products and media
networks.  I am responsible for issues involving Internet piracy,
including domain names and related issues.  Prior to joining Disney, I
was an associate at the New York office of White & Case, and represented
a variety of clients with respect to intellectual property issues,
including issues involving domain name registration during the sunrise
process.  I am a member of the Bars of Massachusetts and New York.

 

 

I have served in various positions on INTA committees since 2003, and am
currently Vice-Chair of the Treaty Analysis Committee.  I also serve as
Disney's representative to the IACC's Internet subcommittee.
