I am an attorney at Plesner, one of the largest law firms in Denmark.
Before joining Plesener in 2000, I was at Internationalt Patent-Bureau,
a large Danish patent and trademark agency, where I was webmaster in
1996 and set up their domain name registration service in 1997. Though I
was born and raised in the U.S., I have been living in Denmark for more
than 20 years, and am a member of the Washington D.C. Bar (inactive
status) as well as the Danish Bar. I have been a member of the
International Trademark Associaton (INTA) Internet Committee from
1997-2001 and again from 2003 to the present. In this regard I assisted
in forumlation of the ICANN UDRP in 1999 and was one of the committee
members who met with the leadership of the PricewaterhouseCoopers .eu
validation team in 2005 to discuss questions and issues of concern to
trademark owners. 

I specialize in Internet and trademark matters, with special emphasis on
European issues, including the CTM, where I am an authorized
representative before OHIM (the European Community Trademark (CTM)
authority), and Dot-eu, where I am an ADR Panelist.
