RAA Sub Team B,
FYI -- just in case you're not on ICANN's contractual compliance mailing list.
ICANN's Contractual Compliance Department published its fourth Semi-Annual
Contractual Compliance
Report<http://www.icann.org/en/compliance/reports/contractual-compliance-report-24dec09-en.pdf>
[PDF, 475K]. This report summarizes ICANN's compliance activities from January
through November 2009.
During this period, ICANN continued work on two studies (Whois accuracy and
domain names registered using a privacy or proxy service); completed work on
two audits to determine registrar compliance with the Expired Domain Deletion
Policy, and issued an advisory to clarify one of its provisions; monitored and
investigated claims of Whois inaccuracy; and held a UDRP workshop. This report
contains details regarding each of the studies, audits and contractual
compliance activities.

Did you know? ICANN is responsible for the global coordination of the
Internet's system of unique identifiers. These include domain names like (.com,
.net., .org., .us, .info, and .jobs), as well as the addresses used in a
variety of Internet protocols. Computers use these identifiers to reach each
other over the Internet. Learn more at http://icann.org<http://icann.org/>.
