RAA subteam B participants,

The attached is also for discussion on our call on Monday. It reflects
the advice we received from staff on the last call re due dates and the
discussion then about a "workshop" or similar event in Brussels.

> A few other observations, all of which should be included in our
> report:
> (1) This list follows (more or less) the order of topics within our

> (2) The list does not include any issues that appear to be mainly
> compliance topics (i.e., where staff has advised that the tools
> already exist under the current RAA to achieve the stated goal).
> (3) The list also does not include topics related to due diligence on
> applicants for accreditation , since these would not be directly
> reflected in the RAA that the applicant would sign once it had been
> accredited. (We should explain in the report how these suggested
> topics are being handled - staff, how should we do so?)
> Looking forward to your reactions, both on the mailing list and on our
> call.
