Attached for the Team's consideration are my recommended changes and
margin comments to the RAA Draft Initial Report.  In preparing this
redline version, I accepted all of Steve's prior changes and Margie's
changes so that the edits shown are mine.  

 

I am sure everyone will need time to review so I do not expect that we
will discuss these edits today but I am happy to take questions from the
List anytime.

Please find attached for your review and consideration suggested
revisions to the Draft Initial Report.  This version is based on the
draft (V2) circulated by Steve Metalitz earlier this week.   The primary
changes relate to inclusion of content related to the Registrant Rights
Charter, and additional information related to the law enforcement
proposals.   Please note that I will be also be sharing this Draft with
SubTeam A for their review and consideration.
