here's the final bit of homework for this afternoon (i know, i've got one more
assignment having to do with the Kiting section, but it's not a
recommendation-change so i'm going to tackle that one tomorrow)
here's the suggested language for FRN's (dingledingledingle... another
acronym -- couldn't resist)
Recommendation 1 -- The RAP WG recommends the initiation of a Policy
Development Process by requesting an Issues Report to investigate Fake Renewal
Notices
Recommendation 2 -- The RAP WG recommends referring this issue to ICANN
Contract Compliance for possible enforcement action
