I agree with Mr. Gibsons' appraisal of the report.
The time line is completely unrealistic. 24/7 cannot mean to be shorter than
the time it takes a commoner to eat or shower. 48 hrs accross the board is
realistic. Further the shorter time period looks designed to limit OPoCs to
institutions and never an individual.
Someone once indicated that this whole excercise was just to set up the
ground work for registrars to charge for OPoCing. The proposal would support
that belief.

The subgroup A report looks very good and I have no detailed comments, except
that I have attached a document which contains a table of proposed response
timeframes (with a note of explanation), addressing the issues in relation to
the third question addressed in the report: WHEN must the OPOC act ? time
frames for response, etc.
