Milton,
our original CSG proposal (21 April) was designed to make geo representation
equitable between SGs. (Principle 2).
The renewed proposal reflects thinking and support I heard on our group for
constituency diversity.(Principle 1)
And it does contain the waiver mechanism discussed on our group. Please read it
again.
