Thx Patrick.  I think "encouraged" is wrong verb in fn 2 and that it was from 
Disspain and not the ccnso.

Thanks for your quick turn-around on the edits. I am fine with all, except for 
the edit to footnote 2. The sentence you suggested deleting was approved by the 
majority of the SG and full WG in the March 19 report.

 

As for footnote 3, I have definite thoughts on what it means, but we as a SG do 
not need to tackle that issue because it will be resolved on a case by case 
basis depending on the registry requesting release.

Patrick, thanks a million more times for all the great work you have put into 
this.  Thanks also to Greg, Marilyn and the rest of the subgroup who have 
labored on this more than me the last 30 days.

 

I have just a few suggested edits to the Recos and footnotes, primarily based 
on the notion that we are not âcontinuingâ reservations as we have not 
found any requirement for them to date -- so essentially we are creating 
reservations and not continuing them.  

 

I also delete my minority stmt re IDNs as the WG has essentially adopted it.  I 
modify my minority statement re ccTLDs.

Here is the latest version of the SG report. I have inserted hyperlinks to bios 
for the technical experts consulted on the various categories and made the 
other changes discussed yesterday. Iâll give until around 1pm today for out 
technical experts to respond to Marilynâs previous email. After that, we 
should probably forward the clean version of the SG report to the full Working 
Group.
