Support for NCSG Charter
To whom it concerns This is to express the strong support for the Charter submitted by the Noncommercial Stakeholder Group (NCSG). The Charter, drafted by civil society in a consensus process and submitted to ICANN by NCUC in March 2009, is supported by over 80 noncommercial organizations and individuals. We are deeply concerned that it seems there is a move to ignore this Charter, which is drafted in the best interests of all stakeholders, but clearly also of the public as a whole and in supporting the democratisation of all media.
