Dear All,

Please find attached for your review a first draft of the Thick Whois Final
Report. This version incorporates all the changes agreed to during the
review of the public comments received, as well as some other updates to
mark the change from the Initial to Final Report (note, the executive
summary will be updated following finalisation of the other parts of the
report). If I've missed anything, or if you have any other suggestions /
proposed edits, please feel free to share those with the mailing list ahead
of the next meeting (Tuesday 17 September at 14.00 UTC). I'll also be
updating the public comment review tool based on our discussions last week
and share that for your review shortly.
