Yes…, thank you very much Marika. The new link to the 2013 RAA in the "Response 
Consistency" section also addresses the concern I raised during the last call 
regarding internationalized registration data. It changes the context of the 
recommendation, basing it (according to my understanding) on the sections 
titled "WHOIS Accuracy Program Specification" and "Registration Data Directory 
Service (WHOIS) Specification".
