hi,

I find I can personally accept this phrasing.  Assuming nothing changes back, I 
beleive that we have reached an annealing point.

Thanks to most all for taking these concerns so seriously and for negotiating 
to this point.  My special thanks to Mikey for the way he managed the process 
and to Marika for the continued attempts to find acceptable wording.
