Dear All,

Attached is the updated VI Charter reflecting the updated work schedule, and 
the endorsements from the various constituencies and SG that have responded to 
date. 

Please note that in preparing the schedule for the milestones,  I eliminated 
the portions of work related to charter development, and restructured the work 
to be concluded 16 weeks from the date of Council approval, which would mean an 
end-date of 30 June.
