I do not have any ownership in Larsen Data Aps or in any other companies with 
interest in ICANN

4.         Identify any type of commercial interest in ICANN policy development 
outcomes.  Are you representing other parties?

Larsen Data off course has a commercial interest in the ICANN policy 
development outcomes.

I am a board member in the registrar organizations DKregistrar, 
Registrars.se<http://Registrars.se/> and Dot-Enno but these is mostly concerned 
about the three ccTLD's .dk, .se and .no and i will not represent these 
organizations in this working group.


5.         Describe any arrangements or agreements between you and any other 
group, constituency or person(s) regarding your nomination or selection as an 
advisory group team member

I do not have any arrangements with anyone regarding my statement of interest 
in joining this working group.

Larsen Data ApS is a member of the registrar stakeholder group, but i'm not 
personally involved as it is Peter Larsen, owner of Larsen Data ApS that 
participates in the group.
