Jeff,
I don't think that's a real problem. The official ICANN meeting schedule will
start on the Monday, like it always does. Those meetings that are held before
that, on the Saturday for example, are outside that schedule. The GNSO is one
exception, as it officially meets during the two weekend days prior to an ICANN
meeting. And this being a GNSO-created WG, it will fit in that schedule. Within
that, it will be a question of priority management. But people like yourself,
who chair other WGs, will be able to work with Glen and I on the GNSO agenda to
ensure there is not too much agenda clash between events, although avoiding
that altogether may prove difficult.
