[gnso-vi-feb10] Initial report will go out tomorrow

just a note to those of you who weren't on the call.

we will launch the Initial Report tomorrow at 1400 GMT.  there are a couple of 
teams working on final resolution of the SRSU and Compliance annexes that will 
hopefully be done and driven into the draft later this evening (along with 
various editing things that have floated by on the list).

maybe this *was* the week to quit sniffing glue.
