[gnso-vi-feb10] NEW CALL TIME -- 2 hours later, on Mondays

we tentatively rescheduled our standard Monday call to start 2 hours later 
(1900 UTC rather than our current 1700 UTC).  that translates to 12:00 PDT, 
15:00 EDT, 16:00 Buenos Aires, 20:00 London, 21:00 CEST, and (drum roll, 
please) 05:00 Sydney!  woohoo!  Cheryl gets to have coffee at an ungodly hour 
instead of a ghastly hour.

please note this (hopefully permanent) change on your calendars.

people on the call were OK with this change.  let me know if this causes a big 
problem for any of you who weren't on the call.
