 Not going back into humanities ancestors possibly having lived in 
trees as it may be a sensitive subject for some, we should not forget 
MiB forces swarming out from Area 51 whenever cow mutilations occur due 
to undefined harms that we may never know.
In other words: The better we work at defining likely and even unlikely 
harms and their effects on the consumer, the better we are equipped to 
propose checks and balances to prevent those harms and limit their effects.
I have seen partial agreement that ICANN will need to beef up compliance 
investigation and enforcement for new gTLD-land.But to know what to 
enforce we first need clear definitions of what they are intended to 
prevent.
