None.<br><br><u>Suggested Hypotheses:</u><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A.&nbsp; (Some) 
Registrars do not (actively) employ methods or processes to detect fraudulent 
domain registrations. <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
B.&nbsp;&nbsp; Registrars who employ methods or processes to detect fraudulent
domain registrations are ineffective against the problem.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
C.&nbsp;&nbsp; Registrars who employ methods take no action when a fraudulent
