I erroneously updated the wrong version of the charter – here is the correct 
one for your review (my apologies!).

The milestone dates have been adjusted, redlined as you’ll see.  Please provide 
any suggested edits by 22 August.  A final version will be submitted to the 
GNSO Council by the 31st to meet the deadline for Council review at its 
upcoming meeting on 8 September.
