Since I am now in the "teacher" mode, I thought an assignment appropriate: Please consider the Charter as analyzed in the Original Mind Map and in the Distilled Charter and Mind Map, and draft a Work Plan with Discussions, Analysis, Presentations, Public Comment Requests, and Milestones/Deliverables that would enable PI Working Group to accomplish its charter. Please consider parallel Tasks/Deliverables and places where sub-teams or other resources might be appropriate.<div><br></div><div>To stimulate thought, I attach an early draft Grid that could be used -- though it does not account for parallel tasks or sub-teams.</div><div><br></div><div>If possible, I would like to have these drafts submitted by Monday or Tuesday of next week (October 7-8) and schedule a call for late in the week or early next week to compare and discuss these drafts. I do note, however, that it may be preferable to have this first draft by everyone be as broad as possible. We could then divide responsibility for identifiable milestones to have sub-team members consider and draft proposed components or sub-milestones of these tasks/reports/etc.</div><div><br><div apple-content-edited="true"> <div>Michael R.
