Hello All,
Here is some initial logistical information complied by the ICANN staff to
assist with making arrangements. The staff will provide additional information
as it becomes available.
I would like to thank Dr Liz Williams and Glen de Saint Géry for the extensive
work they have put into making the meeting possible.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS:
For those receiving ICANN funding for the meetings: The travel arrangement for
this meeting will be handled by one of three ICANN approved travel agents.
Please contact the one closest to you and arrange the most direct, economy
class airfare between your home base and Brussels.

HOTEL:
A block booking for the group has been made at the Hotel Renaissance. For
those receiving ICANN funding, payment of the accommodation will be made
directly to the hotel. You will be required to provide credit card details on
check in to pay for meals (other than lunch) and for any incidental expenses.
Please confirm your attendance with the GNSO Secretariat.
REMOTE PARTICIPATION:
This meeting will use remote participation technology which will enable remote
participants to hear all of the meeting using the usual teleconference bridge
in addition to on-line participation technology which will ensure that remote
participants can see documents and power point presentations.
