Note when applying a test such as "confusingly similar" - the test is
usually based on whether a "reasonable person" or a typical person would
be confused - not whether it is possible for one or more people to be
confused.
So just because one public comment is received against a particular
string does not mean that it would be found to be confusingly similar.
