All,

Having checked my itinerary, I will not be able to make the gNSO call
scheduled for Friday 12pm UTC (very disappointing given the agenda!). I
will be 6 hours into the flight home for a much needed break from the
hot Dubai summer!

Hopefully, Jonathon Nevett and/or Tim Ruiz (or one of my colleagues from
the RC) will be able to make the call and comment on Recommendation #19.

If I can be of assistance either before or after please let me know. I
will view the minutes with interest.

I have added the Principles (including the new principle G) and the
Implementation Guidelines for ease of reference.
