Avri,

Ray just pointed out that IG-P does not include the latest change we
made in the last paragraph under Process.  My understanding was that we
changed it Thursday to say something like this: "The objector must
provide verifiable evidence that it is an established institution of the
community and that there will be detriment to the legitimate rights or
interests of the objecting community."  The previous wording was, "The
objector must provide verifiable evidence that it is an established
institution of the community and that the legitimate rights or interests
of the objecting community will be materially harmed or prejudiced by
introduction of the proposed gTLD."
