Letter of support for lounching IDN GTLD constituency in GNSO

It's obvious that the move of getting an IDN gTLD constituency in ICANN's
body is for good. Public has been discussed and promised to launch IDN
cctlds several times by now, but the future of this issue remaining unclear
even this moment. Thus there is an obvious need to focus on IDN gTLDs side
and there is a need for the GNSO to lead this process via new IDN gTLD
constituency group. It seems to be a practical and pragmatic approach to
have people from Russia, China and different language communities to
contribute to the IDN gTLD process.
