support for IDNgTLD Constituency

 I think that the concept of having the IDNgTLD Constituency is an excellent 
idea that finally will give the possibility to make serious discussions in the 
way for implementation of IDN gTLDs. Until now there wasn't a place to express 
the needs of communities that speak other languages from English among them 
Hebrew that have special needs and the Hebrew community needs IDN gTLDs in a 
special way.
 There is no doubt that IDNgTLD Constituency will help to promote IDNs all over 
the world and will help other communities to express what they need in a public 
and organized way.
