Thanks Fahd. Yes, we should reference the IDNSDC initiative as well.
The Mozilla project was more about an emerging industry standard though and the
IDNSDC is a forum that brought together browser vendors and registries.

invitation JIG WG - Tuesday 19 February 2013 at 1200 UTC ]
Thank you Edmon.
I apologize for not being able to express some thoughts I had during the call
as my 4+ month old baby was with me while driving, and it was challenging to be
fully focused on the call while he was crying.
Back in 2009 through 2011, VeriSign Inc. initiated the "IDN Software
Development Consortium", and attached is the latest copy of their document (at
least this is the last copy I received from them). Since the document you
circulated earlier mentioned the Mozilla project, I am not sure if mentioning
the VeriSign Inc. initiative would be relevant.
Other than that, I have nothing further to add to the well assembled document
circulated earlier.

Hi Everyone,
Please find attached the updated draft final report on Universal Acceptance of
IDN TLDs, incorporating items as discussed previously.
Chris, I have attempted to incorporated your suggestions into the writeup for
Recommendation D instead of B, as it seems more relevant there. Also I have
paraphrased them into the context of Universal Acceptance rather than taken
directly from the VIP report. Please take a look and see if it encapsulates
what you have in mind.
As for a brief agenda for later today, I think we will just focus on walking
through and finalizing this document.
Talk to everyone soon.
